Restriction to open any positions and be working no orders in the order book, from 2 minutes before the data release until 2 minutes after the data release.
Copy Trading Rule
Trade copiers are allowed from your personal accounts elsewhere into your TradeDay account.
Consistency Rule
Profits during one single trading day should not exceed 30% of the profit target. There is no consistency objective for funded traders.
Minimum Of 5 Days Objective
Minimum of 5 days of trading in order to complete this objective. No need to be consecutive. Traders finishing the profit target and the consistency objectives before completing 5 days are required to continue to trade in the style they have been. Microtrading is not allowed.
Expert Advisors
Expert advisors are allowed; however, algos and bots purchased from a third party and employed by the trader are forbidden. If multiple users are making the same trades, then all the accounts will be shut down and the users suspended. Using automated trading systems designed to scalp at an extremely high frequency is prohibited. Strategies that produce more than 200 trades in a day is prohibited.
Gap Trading
Entering trades specifically in gapped, illiquid markets to benefit from isolated/stray fills are not allowed.
Hedging Prohibited
Simultaneously going long in one account and short in another account in the same product.
V P N Usage
Using a VPN or VPS to mask the location of trading is not allowed.
Exploiting System Errors
Not allowed to use any trading strategy intended to exploit or create errors in the services, such as errors in the display of prices or delays in their updates.
Live Funded Account Rule
Traders can only have one Funded Live account. When in Funded Live, you will not be able to purchase additional accounts.
Unrealistic Contract Volume
Trading an excessive or unrealistic number of contracts in the day is not allowed.
Inactivity Rule
Accounts inactive for a period of 45 days without prior consent are considered dormant and will be closed.

Funded Sim Milestones
Funded Sim milestones are key points where a trader’s performance is reviewed by the Head of Trading as part of the progression toward a Live Account. Profit milestones are set at every $5,000 in gross profits, up to $20,000. In addition, TradeDay may consider transitioning a trader to a Live Account once the third withdrawal request has been made on the funded account. For full details, please visit the guide.
